Founder of Stepping Stones, Jane is a qualified teacher who gained experience of working with people with learning disabilities in day centres and in residential care settings. Jane is now based in Wales after 20 years of running and working at Stepping Stones. She is now a director of Care Farms UK working as Project Manager at Clynfyw Farm. Clynfew is a working farm that offers students with complex learning difficulties and other vulnerable people opportunities to use the countryside as a tool for fun, learning and growth. Jane is still very much involved with Stepping Stones on many levels. It remains firmly her organisation, and everything we do is based on her original idea of providing a quality, individual service that maintains the high standards she has always set.
